We’re pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping anywhere in the UK on all orders — no minimum spend required.
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location and courier service.
All orders include full tracking information, which will be sent to you via email once your order has been dispatched.
Please note that some products may have specific shipping restrictions, and delivery times may vary during busy seasons or holidays.
Shipping rates are based on UK delivery addresses only. We currently do not offer international shipping.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Each item in our store is made to order and printed specifically for you, which means we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size, or colour selection.
However, if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we’ll gladly replace or refund it at no extra cost. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and include clear photos of the issue so our support team can assist promptly.
If your package is lost in transit, please notify us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. Once confirmed, we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund.
